Lawrence Homes, Inc. was founded by Larry and Jeanette Langer in 2002, with over 30 years combined industry experience. The Langer’s build homes in every North Carolina county and hold licenses in Commercial and Residential building.

No matter how big or small you feel your job is, Lawrence Homes treats each job like it’s the only one, getting hands attention on every time. Lawrence Homes will be on the site of your home, not leaving things up to subcontractors.

When building your home Lawrence Homes gives each homeowner personal attention, from helping with the architectural aspects of your home to finding just the right interiors to suit your needs. Lawrence Homes vows to be there with every step of the way!

Our foundations are built on pride, honesty and attention to personal detail. We know that building a home, whether your first home, rental, or the home you will retire to can be a very big decision. We will help to make buying your home a smooth and happy experience, welcoming our homeowners to visit their homes during the building process as often as they like.

From the start, we let you know that the homeowner is in charge of the process by telling Lawrence Homes what they want instead of the builder telling the homeowner what they can have. Our goal as your Wake County home builder is to look at your plan options, location for building and discuss what type of personal items you would like in your new home. If you haven’t picked out a plan or even a location, we will help you find the best location to suit your needs and work with you to find the house plans that best fits your description of the perfect home.

Our Building Team

Larry Langer

Prior to Larry’s building career he Piloted various aircraft from RJ7’s to 737’s. His attention to detail and need for precision has translated to excellent building practices. Larry is involved with every aspect of the building from basement/foundation to mechanicals to the finishing touches.

Jeanette Langer

Jeanette's 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Training departments for a Fortune 500 Company serve her well when working with Lawrence Homes customers. She is tuned in to hear the needs of the client and understands the importance of listening to the customer.

Nicholas Langer

Nicholas (Nick) earned his National Commercial Building Contractors License, (formally known as NASCLA, now NCBCE) in March of 2015 and is now a license holder for Lawrence Homes Inc. Nick has vast experience in many aspects of the building industry including but not limited to electrical and cabinetry work. We are looking forward to many years of success with his knowledge, drive, and dedication.

Casey Langer

Casey is our newest member of the Lawrence Homes building team. She is a Realtor, Notary Public, and has a bachelors degree from East Carolina University along with many years of Customer Service experience. Casey’s creative mind, organizational skills, and drive to learn is an asset to our team. We can already see the positive impact she has made on our company.
